Broccoli and Rice Casserole

2 (10 oz.) pkg broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of cream of chicken soup
2 cups Minute Rice®
1 (16 oz.)jar of Cheese Whiz®


Preheat oven to 350° F.

Cook broccoli as directed. Add to other ingredients, pour into casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
