ABM Pizza Dough

ABM Pizza Dough
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. sea salt
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. instant yeast
Oil for brushing dough
Follow AMB instructions for adding ingredients and process through dough cycle.
Preheat oven to 450.
Roll out dough. Brush top of dough lightly with oil, top with desired sauce and/or toppings and bake for about 12 minutes.
