Taffy Apple Pizza
1 package refridgerated sugar cookie dough, softened
1 (8 ounces) package of cream cheese
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
Cinnamon
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
Preheat oven to temperature suggested on pkg. Roll cookie dough out into a 14 inch circle about 1/4 inch thick. Bake 16-18 minutesor until lightly browned, cool 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla in a bowl. Spread mixture evenly over top of cookie. Arrange apple slices evenly over top of mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle top with heated caramel topping.
Cut like a pizza into 16 slices and serve.
