Cookin American Way
1 Large pkg. sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (regular, less fat or on fat)
1/4 Cup Peanut butter (chunky or creamy, reduced fat or regular)
1/2 Cup Brown sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
4-5 firm bananas
Chocolate syrup
Peanuts (opt)
Cinnamon sugar (opt)
Preheat oven to temperature specified on cookie dough package. Spread cookie dough out on stone and cook according to pkg directions. Remove from oven and cool completely.
Blend peanut butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla until well blended and smooth. Spread mixture onto a cooled crust.
Slice bananas and arrange on top of crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, drizzle chocolate syrup over top. Then garnish with chopped nuts.
