Avocado: Avocado Cream Pie

Avocado Cream Pie
from Jackie Olden's Kitchen Magic

2 avocados, mashed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 ounces lemon juice
graham cracker crust
whipping cream
pecans


Blend avocado pulp, sweetend condensed milk, and lemon juice. Pour into prepared pie crust. Chill several hours. Just before serving top with whipped cream and pecans.
