Apple: Fantastic Apple Pie

Fantastic Apple Pie
4 tbl. Butter
4 lbs. Apples (Granny Smith works best, but you can use half Granny Smith and half MacIntosh
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
Heat butter in a pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a sizzle and let tem steam for about 5 minutes or until they start to reduce. Put a cover on for about 8 minutes. Uncover and increase the heat until the apples get thick.
Cool and stir in 1Tsp. Vanilla.
Cool in freezer for 15 minutes and Voila make your pie as usual.
