Edible Snowflakes (Funnel Cakes)
1 1/3 cups flour
2 Tbl. sugar
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp. salt
1 Cup of Milk
1 egg
Melted butter
Snow ( Confectionary Sugar)
Mix 1st. 6 ingredients together. Drizzle into hot oil (375')in the shape of stars using a measuring cup or a funnel. Cook 1-2 minutes until golden. Place on paper towels to drain. Brush with melted butter and let the kids sift snow on top.
