Makes 12 appetizer servings

1 large bulb garlic

1 (9 oz.) Package fresh tortellini pasta, cooked and drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2-3 TBSP. hot sauce

Cut 1/2 inch off top of garlic bulb; discard. Wrap garlic in foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour until cloves are tender.

Separate garlic into cloves ; pinch each clove so roasted flesh slips out. Place cloves in a food processor; adding mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese and hot sauce and process until smooth.`
