Cheater Stroganoff
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, for flavor of your choice
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
hot cooked noodles
Brown a pound of lean ground beef. Then rinse it under plenty of running hot water (removes all traces of grease). Return to the skillet, add a can of "cream of" soup over a medium heat, mix this in well, then add a large carton of sour cream and heat through, but don't boil.
Serve this over hot noodles.
