Bell's Best 2 Telephone Pioneers Mississippi Chapter 36
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons green pepper, finely chopped
3 tablespoons catsup
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 dash pepper
Combine all ingredients; mix lightly. Shape into 4 patties about 1/2 inch thick. Broil over hot coals 5 to 6 minutes; turn and broil 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
