Deviled Steak Thoroughbred

2 1/2 pounds London broil
2 Tbs. mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
seasoned salt
1/4 cup catsup
few drops Tabasco
1/4 cup salad oil
2 Tbs. wine vinegar
2 Tbs. soy sauce
3 Tbs. cherry jam
3 Tbs. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper


Combine mustard and lemon juice. Spread on both sides of meat. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.

Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat to boiling. Pour over meat and allow to stand for 2 hours.

Grill over charcoal.
