Onion Cheese Dip Mix
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 and 1/2 tsps. instant beef bouillon granules
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Place in a ziplock bag. Use within 3-4 months. Store in a cool, dry place. Makes about 3 Tbsps.
Onion Cheese Dip
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg, onion cheese dip mix(recipe above)
Combine sour cream and dip mix. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Makes 1 cup.
Variations: Substitute 1 cup cottage cheese or 1 (8 oz.) package softened cream cheese for sour cream.
