Master Mix For Puddings

3/4 cup sugar
3 1/3 cups instant nonfat dry milk
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt

Makes 2 cups.

Vanilla Pudding: 1 cup Master Mix
2 cups cold water
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla


Add water to Master Mix and stir; bring to boil. Add butter and vanilla.


Chocolate Pudding: 1 cup Master Mix
2 cups cold water
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate (or 1/4 cup cocoa)
1/2 tsp. vanilla


Add water to Master Mix gradually. Bring to boil. Add chocolate. Stir in vanilla.
