Hot Chocolate Mix Recipes

Hot Cocoa mix

10 2/3 cups instant nonfat dry milk (25.6 ounce package)
6 ounce jar powdered non-dairy creamer
2 cups powdered sugar
6 ounce can instant chocolate drink (Nestle Quick for example)


Combine all above ingredients in a large bowl. Store in airtight container. Can be stored up to 6 months. Makes 17 cups Hot Cocoa Mix

To make 1 serving of cocoa: Add 3 tablespoons mix to 1 cup hot water.



Gourmet Hot Chocolate Mix

1 box (14 quarts) nonfat dry milk
1 jar (1 pound) non dairy coffee creamer
1 box (2 pounds) dry hot chocolate mix
1 bag (2 pounds) confectioner's sugar
1 jar (15 ounces) chocolate malted milk mix


Combine all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container. Use 1/3 cup per 2/3 cup boiling water. Top with marshmallows or whipped cream.
