Mulling Mix

1/4 Cup orange peel
1/4 Cup lemon peel
2 Tbl. Gernadine Syrup
3 sticks cinnamon
2 whole nutmegs, crushed or 2 Tbl. ground nutmeg
6 whole cloves
1/2 tsp. cardamom
3 Tbl. brown sugar


Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight tin or a tightly covered glass jar.

To Use: Measure 2 Tbl. of mix for every cup of apple cider or wine. Place mix and liquid in a pan and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Strain and serve.
