Hot Cocoa Mix

2 c. nondairy coffee creamer
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
marshmallows or whipped cream (optional)


Combine nondairy coffee creamer, sugar, cocoa, instant nonfat dry milk powder and salt in a large bowl and mix well. Store mix in an airtight container. To serve, place 2 table- spoons mix in a cup. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir well. Top with a marshmallow or whipped cream, if desired.

Yields about 36 servings.
