1 Tbsp. Lemon Rind
2/3 Cup Fresh Grated Parmesan
1 Tbsp. Oregano
1 1/2 Tsp. Dry Mustard
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Combine lemon rind, cheese, oregano, mustard, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne.
Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 1 month.
To prepare: Whisk 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 1/4 cup above mix, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp light mayonnaise and 1 tsp anchovy paste. Toss with 12 cups romaine.
