6 boneless chicken breasts
3 Cloves garlic -- crushed
1/4 C olive oil
1 lemon -- squeezed
1 Tbsp paprika
1 C Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sumac (Lebanese Spice -- optional)
1 Tsp. Salt, Pepper And Allspice
Cut chicken in small cubes. Mix remaining ingredients and marinate chicken overnight (in refrigerator, or at least 2 hours). Thread chicken on skewers and barbeque on charcoal grill or under broiler.
