Margarita Guacamole

2 avocado -- peeled and chopped
3 tbl. lime juice
1 tbl. tequila
1 tbl. orange liqueur
6 green onions -- sliced
2 plum tomatoes -- chopped
1 to 2 fresh jalapenos -- seeded and chopped
1 tbl. chopped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic -- minced
1/4 tsp. salt


Combine avocado and lime juice, stirring to coat; mash mixture with a fork until blended (mixture will be lumpy). Add tequila and remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended. Serve with tortilla chips.

Yield: 2 cups
