2 ripe avocadoes
2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced fine
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground chilli
4 teaspoons lemon juice (or to taste)
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
Peel, stone and mash avocadoes with fork, add all other ingredients, mix well and taste for salt and pepper and lemon juice.
