Aunt Elva's Favorite Appetizer

My aunt died last month after a courageous battle with liver cancer. 
She married my mother's brother when I was about six and I was a flower 
girl. As we both grew older, we became very good friends and I dropped 
the "Aunt." Whenever there was a family party, I had to bring her favorite 
appetizer: 

6 English muffins, split 
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 
1 can (tall) pitted black olives, chopped 
1 small onion, grated 
2/3 cup mayonnaise 
dash curry powder 

Combine cheese, olives, onion, mayo and curry. Divide among muffin halves,
then cut each muffin half into six pieces. Refrigerate or freeze. 

To serve: Place on baking sheet that has been coated with cooking spray and 
bake for 15 min. at 350, until lightly browned and bubbly.
