Pork: Greek Souvlakia

Greek Souvlakia

1 to 1-1/2 lbs. pork cubes, about 1-inch square
Juice from 2 lemons
1/4 cup olive oil
2-3 cloves chopped garlic
1 teaspoon dried or 1 Tablespoon fresh oregano

Marinate pork in remaining ingredients all day or over night is even better. Thread on skewers and charbroil over hot coals till well done and nicely browned.
