Beef Meal in a Pan

1 large steak
1 1/2 cups to 2 cups mixed vegetables (375 - 500 ml.)
2 large potatoes peeled and cut into thick slices
salt and pepper to taste
butter


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Line a large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with aluminium foil leaving enough foil to be able to create a sealed envelope.

Place the steak in the centre and surround with the vegetables season to your taste and dot with butter.

Seal the foil and bake at 325° until the meat is browned to your taste and the potatoes are done.
