Baked Ground Round Patties
2 (8 oz) frozen beef patties
1 pkg mushroom gravy mix
about 1/4 of an onion, thinly sliced
2 baking potatoes, peeled, sliced in half and quartered
Salt and pepper, to taste
Place the frozen beef patties and potatoes in a single layer in a casserole dish which has been sprayed with vegetable spray. Sprinkle with the onion slices and season with salt and pepper. Prepare the mushroom gravy mix according to package directions and pour over the meat and potatoes. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
