Pioneer Growler Bear Pie
2 cups ground bear meat
2 cups Kahlua
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup grated apples
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. flour
Soak bear meat overnight in Kahlua. Drain off all liquid before mixing.
Mix sugars, salt, flour and spices together; then all together. Mix well and place into your favorite pie shell.
Bake 45 minutes at 350º F.
