Poultry Barbecue Marinade

Poultry Barbecue Marinade
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. each, rosemary, thyme & marjoram
Salt & pepper
1 chicken, cut up
Combine all ingredients. Remove skin from chicken and place chicken in plastic bag. Pour marinade in bag and seal. Refrigerate overnight, turning to coat chicken. Brush with marinade while grilling on covered grill.
