Chicken Marinade

Chicken Marinade

1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 egg


Mix marinade ingredients well in plastic storage bag. Let 3-4 pounds skinned legs and thighs marinate for 24 hours. Grill.
