Marinade: Lynn's Meat Marinade

Lynn's Meat Marinade

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, pressed


Mix with meat in a zipper bag or a bowl and marinate overnight. Use on beef or chicken.
