Hilltop's Moan Out Loud Marinade


1 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup beef broth
3 tbls chopped garlic
2 tbls fresh cracked pepper
1 cup herbs of your choice


Mix together in a zip-lock & marinate over night. Salt to taste just before cooking meat.
