Great Steak Marinade

 Great Steak Marinade  

   1/3 cup oil
  1/3 cup soya sauce
  1 TSP ground ginger
  1/3 cup brown sugar
  2 cloves minced garlic
  1/4 cup onions minced


Mix all together in a zip-lock bag.  Place steak in bag and marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Remove steak from marinade and grill 5 minutes on each side for a rare steak.
