Mediterranian Melody

1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 clves garlic crushed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper


Deliciously Bold

1 cup beef broth
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning


Sunkissed Marinade

1 12 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup light molases or honey
2 tsp ground ginger


Parisian Pizzazz

1/3 c dry white wine
1/2 cup dijon mustard
2 Tbsp veggie oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried basil
