Chicken Fajita Marinade
Juice of 6 limes
6 tblsp. olive oil
3 tblsp. red wine vinegar
couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. cumin
2 cloves garlic, pressed
cilantro, to taste
Grill the chicken outdoors and serve with warmed tortillas and the following "fixings":
Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Sour cream
Guacamole
Jalapeno pepper slices
chopped onions
chopped bell pepper
Salsa
chopped tomatoes
