Chicken: Chicken Marinade

Chicken Marinade
source: Mr. Food

1/3 c olive oil
1/4 c lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 to 4 lb chicken


Stir first 5 ingredients together. Pour over chicken, cover and chill for 8 hours.
