Beef: Oriental Marinade for Beef Fondue

Oriental Marinade for Beef Fondue

1 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. pepper
2 T. oil
3/4 C. water
2 T. soy sauce
3 T. honey
1 T. vinegar
1 1/2 T. celery seed
1/2 t. ginger


Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over beef cubes. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight. Remove beef and pat dry before fonduing.
