Jerky Marinade

Jerky Marinate

2 1/4 cups soy sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 T liquid smoke, or more if you like it alot
fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder, or minced garlic from a jar
Enough for up to 2 lbs london broil
