Flank Steak Marinade

1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon oregano
pinch garlic powder
1 flank steak
Mix ingredients and marinate the flank steak for several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Cook on grille.
