Beef Filet Marinade

4 scallion -- coarsely chopped
3 large garlic clove -- crushed
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sake or dry sherry
2 tablespoons sugar
freshly ground black pepper
Mix ingredients together and marinate for 1 hour before grilling. You can marinate the filets whole or cut in cubes and marinate with various vegetables to do as shish kebobs.
