BBQ Glaze
1/2 cup honey
2 Tbs butter
1 tsp chili power (Pico de Gallo)
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Bottel PORTER or Stout Beer
Sautee butter, honey and hot stuff for just a moment add beer and mix
together. Marinate as long as you wish.
