Creamy Horseradish Dip

1 cup low-fat sour cream
grated peel of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbl. prepared horseradish
1 tbl. chopped green onion
salt to taste


Combine all ingred. Makes 1 cup.
