Fantastic Focaccia Bread

1 package (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 ounces fresh Romano or Parmesan cheese, grated, divided (2/3 cup)
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves, divided
2 firm plum tomatoes, sliced


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Using fingertips, pat dough into a 12-inch circle on 13" Round Baking Stone.

Finely mince garlic on 13" x 9" Cutting Board using 3" Paring Knife. Spread evenly over crust using Super Scraper. Grate Romano cheese using Deluxe Cheese Grater. Sprinkle half of the Romano cheese (1/3 cup), 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, and 1 teaspoon of the oregano over crust.

Thinly slice tomatoes with paring knife. Place tomatoes in a single layer over cheese. Sprinkle remaining Romano, mozzarella, and oregano over tomatoes. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Slice using Pizza Cutter; serve hot using Mini Serving Spatula.

Yield: 8 servings or 20 sample servings
