Hot Penny Snacks
1 stick oleo
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. flour (all-purpose)
Mix oleo and cheese well. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Shape in 1 inch roll in wax paper and chill. Slice 1/4 inch and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. These are good at room temperature too.
