12-oz. pkg wide egg noodles
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
16-oz. can pitted tart cherries, drained
Cook and drain noodles.
Combine egg with sugar and vanilla. Add noodles. Stir in cherries (check for pits before adding). Turn into well greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is browned.
Variations: Can sprinkle some brown sugar on the top during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
