Honey Challah

2 pkgs. active dry yeast
4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup honey
1 3/4 cups warm water
2 cups flour
1 cup oil
3 eggs
6-6 1/2 cups flour
1 egg, beaten
sesame seeds

Mix yeast, salt, honey and water in large bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups flour and beat well. Blend in oil, eggs and remaining flour. Turn onto lightly floured board and knead. Place back in bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 2-3 hours.

Punch down; divide into 3 sections. Divide each section into 3 long rolls and braid into loaves. Place on cookie sheets. Cover; let rise 45 minutes. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes.
