Easy Rhubarb Jam

Easy Rhubarb Jam(freezer type)

5 cups diced rhubarb
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 cups sugar
1 small pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin or raspberry or cranberry flavor


Mix together the rhubarb, pineapple and sugar. Let stand 2 hours, then boil 12 minutes. Remove from heat and add the dry jello, stir. Put in jars or plastic containers. Refrigerate--also freezes well.
