1 dozen eggs
4 tablespoons sugar
pinch salt
4 tablespoons butter -- melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch baking powder
all-purpose flour
Combine ingredients, adding enough flour to make a soft dough. Cut off pieces; roll out paper thin. Cut in long strips. Fry in hot oil (375 F.) until lightly golden. Drain on paper toweling; sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
