2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
butter or olive oil
Beat eggs lightly, add milk and water. Place flour and salt in a bowl and gradually add egg mixture. "Grate" your soft dough mixture directly into pot of boiling water. cook and remove.
The Spaetzle maker looks like a grater without the sharp edges. A attachment rides over the holes and lets them get various shapes without getting too long.
