Kase-Kuchen
1 cup Cottage Cheese mixed into a smooth paste
1 cup sugar
5 egg yolks
5 stiffly beaten egg whites
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 pint sour cream
slice in a few almonds very fine
some juice of a lemon
Mix all together well, and pour into a 9 or 10 inch pie crust. Put a little sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake in a 375 oven for one hour.
