Baby Dumplings

Baby Dumplings

3 beaten eggs
6 tbsp rich milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 c flour


Mix with fork; will be a stiff dough. Grate with a 1/2 inch grater. Let dry 30 minutes on waxed paper. Remove chicken from broth, bring broth to boil and add dumplings. Cook 20 minutes.
