Apple Onion Relish

Apple Onion Relish 

l large extra sweet onion...(Vadallia, Texas Sweet , WallWalla) 
2 large granny smith apples 
1/2 c apple juice 
2 T unsalted butter 

Half and then quarter apples and then slice them. Julienne the onion. 

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the apples and onions
cooking them until they carmelize. Deglaze with apple juice. Serve 
warm with pork chops.
