Apple Cheese Dip

Apple Cheese Dip
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 C milk
1/2 C whipping cream
1 C tart apples: finely chopped
1 C walnuts: chopped
1/2 C Dates finely chopped
Assorted Crackers
Soften cream cheese, whip with milk and cream, stir in apples, walnuts, and dates. Let chill several hours. Serve with assorted crackers.
Makes about 3 cups.
